Team Member: Kitchen Team Member
Brenz Pizza Co is looking for Kitchen staff who will be a part of a highly skilled team. This position has room for future advancement.

Job Skills/Requirements:
Brenz is here to help you succeed, but before you join our team there are a few basic requirements for the Kitchen Team Member position.
Knowledge: Kitchen Team Members must have a knowledge of the restaurant industry, health standards, and food safety regulations.
Experience/Education: We expect applicants to have experience in restaurant kitchens and the willingness to learn/do all the jobs in the Brenz kitchen. Kitchen Team Members must also be able to communicate clearly with others (both verbally and written).
Other: All Kitchen Team Members must be at least 18 years old. They also need to be able to physically stand for long periods of time and lift heavy loads regularly. Also, they will need to take part in the day-to-day tasks in the restaurant kitchen (cleaning, prep, boxing products, etc.). Full availability for any shift, including nights, weekends and holidays; Ability to work a 40-hour work week; Good personal grooming; Ability to stand for 8 hours; Ability to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists; Ability to lift 35-50 pounds

Enzo's quickly got the attention of the community—voted best pizza by Duke six times. Duke students and faculty, as well as families in the Durham community, choose Enzo's as their favorite pizza.
In 2015, we committed to expand our concept under a new name, Brenz Pizza Co., with locations in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Ohio. During this time, our culinary team developed multiple award-winning pizzas which took top prizes in national pizza competitions. In 2017, Brenz proudly represented the U.S. Pizza Team at the World Pizza Championship in Parma, Italy.
